The purpose of this collection is so that the website accurately loads and for website optimization. 

 

When you book a session with us or place an order for marketing assets, we collect personal information from you including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, property address and any information you provide relating to the booking/marketing assets. We use this information that we collect to complete your order and for billing purposes. We also use the information to communicate with you and to provide your deliverables (marketing assets) to you. We also retain the digital assets such as images/videos/marketing assets that have been created at your request. 

We will not disclose your personal information to any non-affiliated third party without your prior consent, other than as outlined below.

We may share your personal information and digital assets with third parties who perform services on our behalf or partner with us for specific functions. These third parties may be located within Canada and outside of Canada and include service providers such as: Website hosting, post production editing, payment processing and customer support. These providers are given access only to the information necessary to perform their designated functions and to fulfill your order as per your booking request.

 

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 
 

The client agrees that they own the intellectual property rights to any elements supplied by the client that have contributed to the end product (the deliverable). Deliverables may not be altered or redistributed in any way. Deliverables are licensed for non-broadcast use only. Client is responsible for ensuring deliverables are not misrepresenting the property.

Laura Lights Photography is not liable for the actions of third-party social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, algorithm changes, account suspension or deletion, content limiting or technical outages.
